Exchanges and Returns

We wish to have an extremely satisfied customer in receiving your Product! But if you are not 100% satisfied, we facilitate the Return or Exchange process. The exchange or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis through e-mail ([email protected]) with a maximum period of 30 days from the date of

receipt of the product. The GLLOY.COM will accept the return of unused items, without dirt, without scratches, without washing, without damage in new condition, with original labels and all packaging, original boxes, and or any other components included, when accompanied. makes clear the cost of expenses with return and exchange, will be totally the end consumer customer, therefore, for a return within our deadlines, we will refund the amount paid only for the product.

Points to note when returning items: *The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: overalls, lingerie, jewelry, beauty, underwear, event and party materials, diy materials, We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics if the hygiene seal is broken. Items with non-returnable marks and gifts cannot be returned.

1.Please do not send your return to the address on your packing. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.

2. Be sure to check your returns before sending them. First contact our sector responsible for Exchanges and Returns and [email protected] will be guided as it should act. We will not be responsible for the return of products other than outside, authorized and with the new collection destination 3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact [email protected] Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
How can you Return or Exchange your order?

The Customer must first contact us via E-mail or WhatsApp informing the decision to Return or exchange the product. We will then inform the customer of the Address to which the CUSTOMER will send the return of the product.
*You must not make the return using the postage address of the product coming on the packaging.

How will I receive my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt of the return. The refund will be transferred to your Bank Account if you have passed the IBAM or the reversal will be made on the Credit Card used in the purchase. To find out the date the reversal will be posted to the invoice, the customer must contact their credit card company.
Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on order processing time. 
For merchandise already in stock, shipping time is 7 to 10 business days. For Custom Made Product type (custom) shipping time and 
of 3 weeks and may extend one more if necessary and always keeping in contact with the client. Our interest 
and we process the shipment as quickly as possible so that the customer receives it as soon as possible. 
 
The time it takes for the product to reach the customer depends on the customer's geographic location for receipt. Exact shipping costs will be calculated into Total automatically during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to force majeure. (See - https://glloy.com/faqs/ )

Force Majeure
 We leave of course that there may be delays and even non-receipts for reasons of Force Major. Which refers to it unforeseeable and unavoidable, unrelated to the will or control of the Provider and the Adherent, which prevents them, in whole or in part, definitively or temporarily, from achieving their objectives and fulfilling their obligations on the contractually set dates and deadlines. What exactly happens after ordering?
The Customer receives an Order Confirmation by e-mail. And then another email with the Purchase data along with the Order Tracking Code in progress to the destination. It is critical that the Customer is on site to receive the product, or someone responsible. Provide a valid address for receipt. We are not responsible for addresses not found with incorrect information.

 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. The Electronic Invoice is sent through the E-mail indicated by the customer after the confirmation of the Purchase.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If the Customer receives a Defective, Wrong or Broken Product. Contact the Marketplace website immediately via GLLOY.COM E-mail (glloystore@glloy.com)

This will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

Prices

All prices are in Euros and include VAT and other taxes in force in Portugal. Before finalizing the purchase will be presented the value related to transport (when applicable), visibly identified, as well as other costs if any.

GLLOY.COM reserves the right to change prices and/or features of products and services without notice.

GLLOY:COM declines all responsibility in case of error or inaccuracy in the conversion system used, or of any difference that may arise between the total estimated value of the order and the invoiced value in Euros.

Please be advised that if the price indicated is incorrect, whatever the cause (computer error, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order or purchase will be cancelled, even if it has already been confirmed and paid for.

In the event of a paid purchase being cancelled, glloy.com will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Customer cannot make changes after the purchase is completed. Cancellation of the order, the customer can cancel the purchase within 10:00 hours after this time will be impossible. The customer will wait for the receipt of the Product and then request the Return.
What is ``package tracking`` in my orders?

As soon as the Product is shipped The customer will receive the Tracking Code that refers to the Package Code in transit. Passed by the carrier responsible for the shipment.

The Leathers Used are 100% legitimate. Coming from Italy we use Sheepskin and Cowhide.
